The 'Archives'

Herro

The 'Archives'... sounds like a legit post doesn't it? Well, it's not =O

It's more like subliminal messaging for a special someone's (Dawid) special someone (A. girl) hahahah [Subliminal messaging is messaging for the bit below your liminal.]

He asked me to help him to forc- I mean convince her to come to RICE (it's Asian). And after exhausting the most obvious methods, we came up with incorporating our slogan 'Come to RICE' into popular music lyrics! GENIUS!

Then came the brainstorm!!! ing. And what better place to record our discoveries in the Notes section of my school diary =] Here's The 'Archives':

DJ's got us going to RICE again
Can we pretend that airplanes in the night sky will go to RICE
Just gonna stand there or come to RICE
Hey soul sister, come to RICE
P, p, p, p, p, p, p, p, poker come to RICE
In my head, I see you coming to RICE
It's black and it's white, so come to RICE
Tik, tok, come to RICE
1, 2, 3, 4, come to RICE
Baby, baby, baby, ooooooooooooooooh come to RICE
Boom, boom, boom, boom, I want you come to RICE
Fergalicious definition come to RICE
Come to RICE right now na na
It'll be too late to come to RICE, it's tooooooooooooooo late
Come to RICE, it'll be like dynamite
California gurls, go to RICE
It's a love story, so come to RICE

Still waiting for results... But it's GENIUS! =D

Hopeful that it'll work, and looking to maybe possibly probably expand The 'Archives'.

Has got me thinking... Turn Right At

HAPPY NEW MONTH!!!
Internets still capped... PLUS I need to write two essays and study for two tiests =[

But it hasn't stopped me from thinking! GPS reference. Could only lead to roads. Oh and road names...

I know a road. Actually, I know two roads. They have veeeeerry similar names - see if you can spot the diff.

Windsor Road
Old Windsor Road

The difference was that i spelt Road wrong

LOL JKS made ya look. The real difference is the Old. Ok, now this is what made me think...

What I don't get is that:
  1. did they know that they would be laying down a newer Windsor Road, so they decided to name the first one Old Windsor Road?

  2. did they, in fact, build Old Windsor Road first, but back then it was called Windsor Road, but then changed its name to Old Windsor Road when the new Windsor Road got built (bearing in mind that they would have to change home addresses, national maps, Google maps, GPSes...)?

  3. did they name the first Windsor Road Windsor Road, and name the second Windsor Road Old Windsor Road?

  4. did they split the original Windsor Road in two and named one half Old Windsor Road in memory of the old Windsor Road?

  5. did the council just screw up?

So very confusion :S Here's the proof that the roads actually exist :O

Now back to my essay plan on Australia's pattern of vegetation,

MasterChef Memorable One-Liners [TV Week]

My internet's capped, I've been working on www.madschoolboyz.blogspot.com, and I'm lazy :P

Anyway, mum bought a copy of TV Week magazine coz Adam and Callum were on the cover page. I went through it and saw a section on MasterChef and found some 'Memorable One-Liners' section. See if you remember these:

"That was disgusting... disgustingly good!"
Matt said after tasting Aaron's "smoke on the water" pasta dish.

"Watching Pete put together his tower, it's quite obvious he never had a Lego set."
Jimmy deadpanned as Peter struggled to get his macaroon tower assembled in week 12.

"Poppa Dom."
Matt dubbed fatherly contestant Dominic.

"I didn't make the brulee."
In one memorable comment, Joanne's popularity took a dive.

"Come on, shuck it to me, baby!"
Judge George made most of his oyster terrine pressure test.

"A cat has nine lives, but does Jonathan have 10?"
Aaron said what we were all thinking during Jonathon's final elimination challenge.

"Let's go! Boom, boom, shake the room!"
We're glad George kept this one in his repertoire!

"Who would have thought a lawyer could cook?"
Judge George was blown away by Claire's skills in top 50 week.

"You have to be cooking like a Bollywood dancer."
Hmm... we'll admit we're not entirely sure how a Bollywood dancer cooks, but George certainly thought it would inspire delicious dishes during an Indian invention test.

Oh, and there are 4 aprons in each contestant's wardrobe.

Still going through withdrawal,
