DIARY HK/SHANGHAI ft. WORLD EXPO - DAY 6

Early wake up :( Before heading to the expo, we would first stop over at a building called 1933 Shanghai. It was built in 1933 - so the outisde loooked really old and inside is a maze of stairs. Apparently, it is now a function hall kinda thing, and has played host to Ferrari and Mercedes, just to name a few.

Moving on, THE EXPO. Our first day and we went inside:

The World Exposition Museum (w)(s),

China Aviation pavilion (w)(s),

Vietnam pavilion (s),

Japan pavilion (w)(s),

Theme pavilion - City of Beijing + Urbanian Planet, Chinese Provinces pavilion (s),

Norway pavilion (s)

* (w) = wheelchair = grandma + over 75 = free express pass to pavilions; (s) = stamp for passport thingy

We also saw the beautiful exteriors of:
Indonesia, Ireland, Cambodia, Greece, Thailand, Ukraine, Phillipines, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Sweeden, Macau, Georgia, Uzbekistan, Cyprus, Kazikstan, Estonia, South Korea, Portugal, Laso, Finland, Myanmar, Denmark, Palistan, Iran, Hungary, Lativa, Monaco, Belgium, DEVNET, Iceland, Malta, San Marino, International Organisations, PICC, GM, Coca-Cola

We ate dinner at Norway, and it was amazing. After dinner, we were also very lucky to see the whole of the night time parade. Then, at 10ish, we arrived back at the hotel, with my feet dead from non-stop walking all day.
